What is it?
Vedic Astrology, commonly known as Jyotish, is a classical Indian astrological system that studies the birth chart through planets, signs, houses, Nakshatras, planetary strengths, Dashas and transits.
It is particularly valuable when a client requires a broader understanding of life patterns rather than only one narrowly defined event.
How Does It Work?
The birth chart is analysed as a complete system. The astrologer considers the Ascendant, planetary placements, house lords, yogas, strengths and weaknesses, relevant divisional charts where appropriate, Dasha periods and major transits.
The aim is to understand both the potential indicated in the horoscope and the periods during which particular themes may become more active.
