Refund Policy

All payments are final.
No refunds will be provided after payment.
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Product-related payments, once confirmed, are also non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may contact us in advance to request a new appointment.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Customers may request cancellation before the scheduled consultation; however, cancellation does not entitle the customer to any refund.
